Google calendar seems like it will be a very useful tool. I have to admit that I am not the best at using an online calendar. There are two reasons for that. One is that it is small and harder to read on a phone or ipad so I prefer to use a paper copy. The other reason is that I didn't always know what I was doing so it wasn't as fast for me as paper and pencil. I do see the advantages of using Google Calendar. I am going to enter all of my women's ministry monthly opportunities, family ministry nights, as well as, daily things I need to remember. I also like that I can make more than one calendar so that I add personal things from home too.
Google forms is something I will definitely use. I can visualize using Google Forms for Sunday School registration, VBS, Women's ministry groups, and quizzes for Confirmation classes. I know that I will use it over and over again. I am thankful I learned how to create a form.

I'm glad that you found Google Calendar and Forms to be useful for you. There definitely are some drawbacks with the Calendar as far as size of font and being able to print hard copies. Being able to sync your calendars to other devices is a nice feature. I know you'll be making all sorts of forms to use in your daily work! Have fun creating!
